    1. You know I will. This is just where they’re sitting for the time being.

      I’m ever amazed at how much I learned about myself and my body in your classes at the studio. What you taught me disciplined my body but you also disciplined my mind:
      – Lets to it again, lets do it right
      – I know you’re tired but keep smiling
      – Wine does go with workouts, and so does chocolate
      – If you stumble don’t cry or gasp, put some arm movements with it and pretend it was planned

      All the best lessons I have learned I learned in the studio! 😘
