  1. I have found that I have focused upon myself until I feel as if I am back in in “real” world and at that point to turn outward. It seems at that point I have more compassion for orthers. I seem to be able to sense others in a lost or hurting spot. I find I often stop people with a hello or complement and they needed just to be acknowledged or talk for a few minutes. So maybe we are meant to go through our hardships for a real reason. This is just me.
